How does it work?
Learn the Fundamentals
Every athlete begins with a guided onboarding experience designed to introduce the core concepts behind cognitive performance training. Athletes learn the four key areas that underpin performance on the pitch, court, track or field:
-
Visual Tracking
-
Reaction Time
-
Decision Making
-
Pattern Recognition
Ensuring every athlete understands what they're training, why it matters, and how it translates into real sporting performance.
Train and Develop
Once onboarded, athletes gain access to a range of cognitive training exercises designed to strengthen key mental performance skills. As athletes progress, Mind Athletix adapts their experience, prompts to increase difficulties to further develop their mental training, helping them continue developing over time. Every session contributes to a growing picture of performance, allowing athletes to track their development and build consistency in the areas that matter most.
Reflect and Track Progress
Performance isn't just about training—it's also about understanding your development. Mind Athletix provides athletes with a dedicated space to reflect on performances, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement. Athletes and coaches can access performance insights, cognitive training trends, engagement data, and wellbeing check-in summaries to support ongoing development.
Support Better Athlete-Coach Communication
Strong communication drives better performance. Mind Athletix helps athletes and coaches stay aligned through shared insights, performance summaries, and wellbeing trend monitoring. The platform can highlight meaningful changes in athlete-reported wellbeing and engagement, helping coaches identify when additional conversations or support may be beneficial. Mind Athletix is not a mental health or medical service and does not diagnose, assess, or treat mental health conditions. Wellbeing features are designed solely to support athlete reflection, communication, and awareness.

Pat Gryczewski - Austin FC
"I really like the games, its a good way to lock in and work on the cognitive and mental side without exhausting it.
There's definitely importannce to the mental side and to me thats like 75-80% of the game, the longer I can be locked in the better.
I've not had an app give me this support, previously when I was injured I had to find my own support, so it's definitely needed."

Daniel Babb -
Ipswich Town FC
“Biggest thing for me is confidence when I step out on the pitch every week. I need to see clear direction and reflect on the steps along the way to track progression. There have been techniques handed to me in the past, but I didn’t understand why I was doing something.
Therefore I never felt they had an affect on me, building that attention around the positive effects from the mental side of the game creates value. If players see the value only then can they really use it, education is key. ”
Cristiano Ronaldo
"Learn to train your mind as well as your body. Mental strength is just as important as physical strength”

Lebron James
“I think the game. I don’t just play it.”

Rafael Nadal
“You can train your body, but without the right mind you cannot compete.”
